Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a civil project in Coweta, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
As of June 20, 2023, the project is pending award. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. The project includes the following work: Water Treatment Plant Expansion including clarifiers, filters, chemical feed building, high service pump station, sitework, electrical and instrumentation. Bidder must purchase plans and specifications from Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. either directly for paper plans and specifications . Bidder must be on plan holders list at Holloway, Updike and Bellen, Inc. in order to submit a bid. Proj. No. HUB-264 SCOPE OF WORK A. This specification covers the work necessary to furnish and install 8 - 6" motorized sludge eccentric plug valves as specified herein and as shown on the plans. B. To obtain standardization of performance, operation, spare parts, maintenance, and Manufacturer's service, it is the intent ofthese specifications that all valves of like type be furnished by a single Manufacturer. C. Valve Supplier shall coordinate with the Manufacturer of the pulsating clarifier to insure proper operation. This includes providing schematics, confirming functionality with the system supplied control panel, assisting with start-up, and correcting any deficiencies.
