Projects should have possessed the following construction challenges: Planning, scheduling, and repairs of existing roofing systems within an occupied facility; phasing of multiple trades to minimize construction time; risk management and contingency planning strategies; tracking of multiple functions and phases to complete project within scheduled period; construction tasks within an operational facility with limited project footprint; renovation work requiring phasing solutions to maintain egress and utilities to adjacent occupied areas. The Contractor should have the following experiences: Roofing removal and related HAZMAT mitigation and coordination: KEE Roofing system installation, coordination with subcontractors for the removal and re-installation of rooftop equipment; metal flashing and coping replacement and the flexibility and readiness of the team to deal with possible rainy weather.
