For Two Eaton DG1-34245FN-C21C Power XL Series Variable Frequency Drives All Bidders shall submit in a separate, sealed envelope the Bid Proposal form provided in accordance with this announcement. The envelope shall be clearly marked on the outside with the Bidders name, address, phone number, date and time of the Bid Opening, and designated as the Eaton DG1-34245FN-C21C Power XL Series Variable Frequency Drives; Attn:City Clerk. In general, the elements of the bid include the delivery of two Eaton DG1-34245FN-C21C Power XL SeriesVariable Frequency Drives to the City of Jackson, per the Equipment Specifications. The City of Jackson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure thatpursuant to this invitation,minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color,national origin, sex, or religion in consideration of award. The City of Jacksonreserves the right to waive any informality, technicalities, and to reject any and all bids. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty 60 days after the actual date of the BidOpening. If an award is made, it will be made to the lowest and best, responsive, responsible Bidder.
