Bidders are required to complete and submit with proposal ALL forms that are included with the specifications packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their proposal. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal which is in the best interest of the County as determined by the Board, and to hold proposal valid for ninety (90) days from the bid date. Proposals are to be SEALED and delivered to the office of the Butler County Sheriff's Office, and each proposal shall bear on its face the name and address of the bidder and shall be plainly marked "Request for Proposal No. 2022-005, Correctional Video Security System Upgrade. Brief Description of Project: USER desires to have digital video recorders and cameras replaced at the Butler County Correctional Facility at 705 Hanover Street, Hamilton, OH, Resolutions Correctional Facility at 442 S 2nd St, Hamilton, OH and Court Street Correctional Facility at 123 Court St, Hamilton, OH. No Questions and Answers will be provided during the optional visit. All Questions and Answers must be emailed to Ken Carpenter at kcarpenter@butlersheriff.org after the completion of the tours.
