The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Roof Replacements located at the Air Assault Tower located at the Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Ave., San Luis Obispo, California. Work to include the construction of a steel structure for use as an Air Assault Tower per project specifications and the United Nations Standard Products and Services (UNSPSC) code. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for this project is Mr. Gonzales, David at david.gonzales@cmd.ca.gov and the Assistant COR (ACOR) is MAJ Ruiz, David at david.ruiz@cmd.ca.gov. Contractor will be allowed 240 Calendar Days to complete this project All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to The COR, Mr. Gonzales, David at david.gonzales@cmd.ca.gov and the ACOR, MAJ Ruiz, David at david.ruiz@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 P.M. on September 6th, 2022. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. Attendees should meet 20-30 minutes before the job walk at the parking lot outside the main gate to complete the check in process. A drivers license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance are required.
