The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment for the removal 3 existing doors in INSCOM Chaplains Suite, the removal of the frames and hardware as well as the installation of new doors with sidelights, new frames and finishes to match other existing doors, frames, and hardware within the INSCOM building. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment for the construction of an emergency door and barrier between the ground floor and the second floor regarding the non-SCIF area on the ground floor and the start of the SCIF area on the second floor as means to control and prevent access without proper credentials. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment for door security for stairs #5 and #10, which requires the removal and transfer of lock from one door(s) to another, hole(s) patching with tamper-proof metal plate(s), lock(s) working in conjunction with panic hardware, and coordination of power requirements for each door(s). The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment for B1 and B2 access for stairwell #6, which requires changing door hardware and panic bar on floor levels B1 and B2 to remove lock, ensuring unencumbered access within the area. b. Options: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment for constructing a wall of base cabinets and wall cabinets to match existing cabinetry along the west wall of the Commands Suite Kitchenette as well as procuring and installing an under counter ice maker connected to an existing water supply and drain. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, tools, and equipment for with installing a dedicated call button solely for the freight elevator which includes work to all wiring as well as controls and software upgrades.
