The City of Bowling Green is seeking written Bids from licensed and insured vendors with the required expertise and capability to perform the work or supply the commodities or equipment for: Remodeling Train Depot to ADA standards (Bathroom, Doorways, Ramps). -Remodel two (2) bathrooms into one (1) that is ADA Compliant -Make all doorways Bigger to reflect ADA compliance -Add any necessary ramps to building to ensure ADA compliance Quotes must be on company letterhead with a date and signature of an authorized representative of the vendor and must include the following: -Description of Items to Be Provided, including any specifications or certifications that are in excess of those listed above. - All cost to complete the job - Price must include shipping and/or delivery cost - Warranty Information; and - Estimated delivery time upon order submission The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bids in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the interests of the City.
