Renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bartlett Cocke General Contractors is the Construction Manager for the SAISD Edison High School Renovation. We are requesting subcontractor proposals for TWO packages. Package 1 (GMP1): This is a bid for items identified as long-lead items. Please reference the purchasing package documents to submit a bid on this work. Package 2 (50% CD): This is a budget for the remainder of the project still progressing in design. Reference the 50%CD Pkg 2 documents to submit a budget for this work. Upgrades for the campus include technology updates, finish renovations, roofing upgrades, chiller replacements, sports fields and turf, re-paving of parking lot, library and media center updates, and flooring/finish updates. The project is expected to start late January or early February of 2023. Please reference the attached phasing plan. We are working on scheduling a site walk, and a bid form will be posted at a later date for further clarification. Submit proposals to bidsat@bartlettcocke.com.
