Renovation of a municipal facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
From a qualified company capable of providing services for Interior Painting for: Parking Lobby, 5th Floor, 7th Floor, 8th Floor, 9th Floor Hallway and Elevator Lobby and 7th Floor and 8th Floor Breakrooms. Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified supplier who will provide Interior Painting to the Georgia Department of Labor (hereinafter, "the State Entity") as further described in this eRFQ. The Georgia Department of Labor is soliciting services from a qualified company capable of providing services for Interior Painting for: Parking Lobby, 5th Floor, 7th Floor, 8th Floor, 9th Floor Hallway and Elevator Lobby and 7th Floor and 8th Floor Breakrooms. Interior Painting Scope of work General Notes: o Work shall include but not be limited to completing any/all drywall patch and repair prior to painting. o Calking as required around all doors, trim and any/all devices on the wall that are permanent including announcement boards, elevator fixtures in the elevator lobby as required prior to painting o Remove all outlet coverplates, misc. removable items prior to painting, room numbers & signs etc. prior to painting along the corridors and elevator lobby corridor. o Door/Frames & Chair Rails - prep, sand and re-paint the color to match existing; (See note below) o While painting the walls be careful not to get paint on the ceiling trim; if excess paint gets on the ceiling grid trim contractor will have to repaint the ceiling grid as required.
