Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Clarksville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Clarksville, Clarksville Transit System (CTS) is inviting qualifications from experienced firms to provide architecture, design, and project management for bus shed and parking lot improvements. The City of Clarksville, Clarksville Transit System reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals as CTS may deem to be in its best interests. The purchase contract is subject to financial assistance contracts between the City, the Federal Transit Administration and the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) including Women Owned and Minority Owned Businesses are encouraged to respond to all advertisements by the City of Clarksville.
