Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Washoe Valley, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Proposals shall be received at the State of Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks, 901 S. Stewart Street, Suite 5005, Carson City, NV 89701 The work under this contract shall include removal and replacement of elevated wood walkway and the addition of new steps for beach access and associated improvements for the "LAKEVIEW TRAILS ELEVATED WALKWAY REPLACEMENT AND NEW BEACH ACCESS STAIRS AT SAND HARBOR STATE PARK, NEVADA." Other associated or incidental work as shown or specified in the Contract Drawings. Prospective bidders shall at the time of bid opening, possess a valid Class "A", "AB" or "B" contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board, registered and in good standings with the Nevada Secretary of State, and provide verifiable documentation and references of at least three similar projects completed successfully COMPLETION OF WORK: All site work shall be completed in sixty (60) calendar days from the date stated in the Notice to Proceed, with exception given only due to vendor delivery constraint Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price, payable to the Nevada Division of State Parks, as a Guarantee by the Bidde The Nevada Division of State Parks reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to only make awards in the best interest of the State of Nevada
