Town of Johnston is requesting bids for Surveillance System Installation at Rainone Gym. The Town of Johnston reserves the right to reject any or all responses or parts thereof, to waive any informality in them, or accept any bid deemed in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Johnston will offer interpreters for the hearing impaired provided the request is at least three (3) days prior to scheduled bid opening by calling (401)553-8830. Obtain a building permit from the Town of Johnston (State portion only) Set up and erect safety equipment as required by OSHA. 3. Furnish any and all materials, labor, and equipment to install a Closed-Circuit Surveillance System with recording and remote access capabilities for the interior and exterior of RainoneGymlocatedat45 Mill Street in Johnston, Rhode Island, as specified Equipment is to include, but is not limited to, a 32 channel NVR (minimum) with8TBof storage, all necessary product licenses, 16 port POE Gigabit Network Switch, 1500 VA UPS, 24" HD LED Surveillance Monitor with bracket/mount in front closet, 32" HD LED Surveillance Monitor with articulating bracket/mount in Conference/Office Room, USB over CAT5E(minimum) extender for conference room monitor, 25' or longer (as needed) HDMI cable to conference Wireless mouse/keyboard combination for conference/office room monitor, HDMI onetotwosplitter,4 MP Exterior IP Camera at Main Entrance Door, 4MP Exterior IP Camera at right side rear building corner (northeast), (2) 4 MP Exterior IP Cameras at rear/middle of building (north), 4MPExteriorIPCamera at left side rear corner of building (northwest), 4 MP Exterior IP Camera at front left of building (southwest) to the HVAC units, (2) 8 MP Exterior IP Cameras at the front of the building(south) to the parking lot and parking lot/outdoor basketball court, 8 MP Exterior IP Camera at the front of the building (south) to the lower driveway, 4 MP Interior IP Camera for the front, foyer/entrance door, 4 MP Interior IP Camera at bathroom corner of building (northeast) facing the court, 4 MP Interior IP Camera at the emergency exit corner of the building (southwest) facing the court, 4 MP Interior IP Camera at the mid-court roof truss facing the Conference/Office Room(eastend of building ), as well as any and all wires, cables, fasteners, brackets, splitters, extenders, and connectors as needed for full system installation and function. 5. The Surveillance System equipment is to be commercial grade, comply with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA Compliant), and cannot include any equipment listedas banned by the act. ameras are to be low light/night vision capable and have lenses at a minimumof 2.8mm
