Project description: BASE BID includes roof restoration (in-cluding limited sub-strate replacement), membrane re-roof and complete roof replace-ment at Sandoval High School. Project also includes roof restora-tion (including limited substrate replace-ment) at Sandoval Grade School. Gutter/ downspout replace-ment, snow retention system and limited parapet and metal cap repair work is includ-ed at Sandoval High School. Limited gutter work is included at Sandoval Grade School. Contractor will be responsible for order-ing equipment and all materials immediately after contract execu-tion and shop drawing approvals, regardless of the first day avail-able for construction. Contractor will be re-sponsible for storing and insuring equip-ment and materials until the first day available for construc-tion (approximately May 29, 2023).
