PRE-BID MEETING: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2, 2025 AT 3:00 PM SANDOVAL JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL 859 WEST MISSOURI AVENUE SANDOVAL, ILLINOIS Anticipated Award Date: April 23, 2025 Project description: The work consists of demolition and new work related to the renovation of multiple user toilet rooms in the gym lobby of Sandoval High School. New work consists of new metal stud and cement board wall construction, installation of porcelain wall tile, quartz epoxy flooring, acoustical panel ceiling and gypsum board ceiling finishes. Work also consists of new hollow metal door frame and flush wood door installation. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing trades are commensurate with the work.
