Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vernon, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

As of October 20, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. The Project consists of constructing Division A-1, Campground Facilities generally consists of furnishing and installing site work, water mains, gravity sewers, force mains, dump station, grinder pump station, bathhouse and restrooms, septic tanks and dosing tank and Division A-2, Wastewater Absorption Facilities consisting of furnishing and installing a Presby System on site treatment beds, site preparation, perimeter drains. Bids will be received for Division A-1, Campground Facilities and Division A-2, Wastewater Absorption Facilities. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Division A-2 Bidder shall submit with their Bid a copy of certification from Presby for eligibility to install the Presby System for their bid to be considered responsive and responsible. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: RLM Engineering, Inc., 2700 N. Highway 7, North Vernon, IN 47265, and Telephone: (812) 346-6139. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, local time, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Jennings County Parks and Recreation on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM; and the office of the Engineer, RLM Engineering, Inc., 2700 N State Highway 7, North Vernon, IN 47265, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Upon Issuing Office s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidders delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
