Renovation of a fire / police facility in Kihei, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Wailea Fire Station Exterior Painting The project consists of the complete exterior of Wailea Fire Station, and also interior of the apparatus bay. It is a previously painted building with a concrete exterior finish. The garage doors, apparatus bay floors, lockers, roofing, and gutters are excluded in this painting project. No proposal will be considered unless accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, a cashier's check, or a certified check on a bank insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, or a bidder's bond executed by an approved surety insurer, made payable to the Director of Finance in the manner, form, and amount required by Section 103D-323 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. The proposal guaranty shall be equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid submitted. Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond: 100% Bidders are required to comply with the newest procurement code, HRS, Chapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to Chapter 103!D and any amendments thereof. All workers on the project will be paid prevailing Davis Bacon wages and will be reflected in the bid
