Renovation of a multi-residential development in Vancouver, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot multi-residential development.
Bids were unsuccessful and this project is moving to informal procurement methods. Work includes, but is not limited to removal and replacement of the existing composite shingle roof system and accessories, per the project plans and specifications. The existing apartment building footprint is approximately 19,000 square feet. Building height varies between 1 and 3 stories, and predominant roof type is simple gable with a 4:12 slope. Attention is called to the provisions for this project to be Prevailing Wage and Taxable in accordance with the State of Washington. Information found anywhere else may not be accurate. It is the responsibility of the bidder to check the previously noted link for any addenda, updates, and award notification. Pursuant to RCW 39.04.105 copies of all bids will be made available upon request to bidders after opening. Submission of bid constitutes consent to disclose of the same.
