Brevard County Purchasing Services, on behalf of the Public Works Department/Facilities, is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the following: Bid Option A: Refurbishment or Bid Option B: Replacement for the Brevard County Government Center Viera Cooling Towers, Buildings B, D, and E located at 2725 Judge Fran Jamieson Way, Viera FL 32940. Insurance Required Yes Bid Bond Required Yes Bid Bond Amount 5% Performance Bond Required No All work shall be Substantially Completed within ninety (90) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within an additional thirty (30) calendar days from Substantial Completion.
