The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to maintain the Boughton Ridge Golf Course per the bid documents. Bids submitted after this time will be returned unopened. No oral proposals or modifications will be considered. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act to the extent applicable (820 ILCS 130/.01 et seq.) and as amended. All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
