Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
For Bolingbrook 2023 Playground Renovations The proposed work consists of the provision of materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install playground equipment, engineered wood fiber surfacing, underdrainage and concrete paving. The park district reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any informality, and to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Bolingbrook Park District. All contracts for the construction of public works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All proposals must include a ten percent (10%) Bid Guarantee. No bidder may withdraw his proposal after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days.
