Reference Number : 1636365 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-09-08 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (Additional 2-year renewal) PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND OPERATION OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT WORKS AND DRINKING WATER The Municipality of Lanoraie requires service offers for the maintenance and operation of wastewater treatment and drinking water facilities for a period of thirty-six (36) months with the possibility of a twenty-month extension. four (24) months, as chosen by the Municipality. Wastewater treatment works include: The small aerated pond type wastewater treatment plant (category 2) with dephosphatation and the outfall; The main pumping station as well as the discharge pipe with purge chamber; The Charles-Sevestre pumping station; One (1) overflow structure. Drinking water works include: Two (2) series of wells and one well in the extension of well 6.2.; Central treatment (disinfection) and distribution of drinking water network; Two (2) storage basins; Distribution network; Municipal swimming pool and paddling pool. Each tender must be accompanied either by a certified check, drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union and payable to the order of Municipality of Lanoraie, or by a tender bond, valid for a period of ninety (90) consecutive calendar days from the date of opening of tenders, issued by an insurance company legally authorized to stand surety in the province of Quebec, all for an amount equal to at least ten one hundred (10%) of the total amount of the tender for the duration of the contract. Where applicable, each tender must be accompanied by a letter of commitment from an insurance company certifying that the required guarantees (other than the tender bond) in the tender documents will be granted to the tenderer in the event that this the latter would become the successful bidder of the contract. In addition, each tender must be accompanied by the declaration of the tenderer attached to appendix 4 of the contract management regulations and the certificate from Revenu Québec. Only persons, companies or companies specializing solely in the operation of municipal water treatment infrastructures having obtained the tender document directly from the service are allowed to submit an offer. The Municipality does not necessarily undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received or to incur any costs or any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
