Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chewelah, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a restaurant; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received from qualified Contractors for the below listed project by Spokane Tribe of Indians for the following project at the date, time and location listed below: PROJECT: Mistequa Hotel Sitework 2555 S Smith Rd Chewelah, WA 99109 Project consists of site clearing, earth moving, exterior improvements including asphalt paving, concrete curbing, concrete walks, drainage swales, and lighting and security. Utilities include gas, water, and sewer lines, conduits for underground electrical service and telephone Indian-owned and controlled companies will receive preference in accordance Spokane Tribe of Indians encourages participation of Minority Owned, and Women Owned Business Enterprises in this Invitation to Bid. Bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor""'s license at the time of submitting bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total base bid (not including alternates). This surety shall be forfeited in event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent (100%) Payment and Performance Bonds. The Spokane Tribe of Indians reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive bidding informalities.
