Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City has identified the need to abandon in place approximately 2,500 linear feet of 12-inch water main, along with the existing air/vacuum release and blowoff valve (AVAR) and apparatuses and install approximately 5,400 linear feet of 16-inch Ductile-Iron Pipe (DIP) within Clark County Department of Aviation property that will connect to the future 2630 Pressure Zone in Sunridge Heights Pkwy. Project Duration: 120 calendar days Question Cuttoff Date & Time 9/8/2022 05:00:00 PM (ET) The CONTRACTOR, by execution of the Contract Documents, agrees to commence work on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed issued by the CITY and to fully complete the project within 120 CALENDAR DAYS.
