Scope: Services will encompass a variety of City projects and/or support associated with regulatory compliance to be provided on an on-call, as-needed basis. The City is looking for environmental engineering consultant support in meeting regulatory requirements associated with the Clean Water and Safe Drinking Water Acts. The City also supports two air quality monitoring stations located within the city limits. Staff monitor air quality and oil and gas regulations associated with air quality and are looking for consultant support in understanding and complying with these regulations. In addition, the City has been issued several non-point source stormwater quality permits (ie. MS4 Permit, Non-Extractive Industrial Stormwater Permits). Staff implement various non-point source related regulations associated with these permits, and are looking for consultant support in understanding and complying with these regulations. Proposers may submit a proposal even if they have expertise in only one topic area. The City intends to award to multiple Consultants. Minimum Qualifications: Proposals will be considered only from firms who are established in the industry of providing environmental services in at least one of the areas identified in the above Scope of Services, and have experienced personnel able to provide the required services. Proposer's firm must have a minimum of 3 years of experience providing the required services. Proposers must be licensed or certified as required by their governing organization in their respective scope area.
