The PM will be tasked with project scope development including facilitating a City Council Workshop to finalize the project scope of work, followed by contracting all project phases including: Facility Planning including Space Planning; Concept Design & Cost Estimating; Planning/Environmental; Detailed Design; Grant Funding; Construction; and Construction Management.
