PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking quotes to provide trail maintenance that includes crack fill sealing, spray injection (air) patching & seal coating. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor, and equipment to perform this project. This project requires prevailing wages COMPLETION TIME: OCTOBER 31, 2022. Question Deadline: Thu Sep 8, 2022 11:00:00 AM (CDT) AWARD: Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County's best interest. NOTIFICATION: This Request for Quote is issued by Jennifer Butkowski, Procurement Buyer State of Minnesota Statues require the Contractor to furnish a performance bond and a separate payment bond, each for 100% of the contract amount, for all public work projects in excess of $175,000.00
