The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: 0.39 miles of hot mix asphalt removal, conditioning aggregate base, subgrade corrections, and hot mix asphalt resurfacing, 0.79 miles of hot mix asphalt overlay, and minor drainage improvements for various road segments identified in Bertha Brock Park, Ionia County Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work to be performed under this contract will be financed and paid for by funds received from Ionia County. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Ionia County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids. Construction can start upon award of the contract and shall be completed by May 25, 2023.
