All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract specifications, manufacturer's recommendations, and state building codes. Reference Specification Section 01 11 00, work performed under this task order shall comply with the latest edition of the publications dated at the time of the task order award. When a required publication is not referenced in the list found in Specification Section 01 11 00, the contractor shall utilize one that has national applications. Where conflicts arise between publications, the most stringent requirements shall apply. BASE BID: Repair Buildings 3-2634, 3-2635 to include architectural repairs, plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, and mechanical repairs. OPTION 1: Building 3-2633 Floor Plan Change, to include architectural repairs, plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, and mechanical repairs due to floor plan changes on the 2nd floor. OPTION 2: Building 3-2633 Modular Floor Plan, to include architectural, plumbing, and electrical repairs due to modular floor plan change of 2nd floor. OPTION 3: Building 3-2635 Mechanical Improvements, which include Increasing the HVAC and Install Exhaust System Option 4: Exterior Improvements to include removal of tree stumps and remove and relocate fencing.
