The Scope of This Project Involves Demolition of the Existing Men's and Women''s Restroom and Installation of an Approximately 811 Square Feet Gender-neutral Restroom Facility. Project Includes the Replacement of Existing Floor Tiles, Plumbing Fixtures, Gypsum Board Ceillings, Air Devices, Light Fixtures, Hand-dryers, Mirrors, and Other Restroom Accessories. The Shell of the Space Will Be Reconfigured Around the Existing Plumbing Chases With Renovation to the Existing Entrance and Center Chase Area as Depicted on the Architectural Layout Drawings. New Work Includes the Leveling of the Ceiling to a 9'0" Elevation Throughout the Entire Space, Replacement of Plumbing Fixtures, Extension of Sprinkler Pipe, Sprinkler Head Replacements, New Accessories for Touchless Operation, and the Addition of Fully Tiled Walls Per the Plans and Schedules. Minor Duct Modifications and Tie-ins Are Included as Well as the Addition of Floor Drains. New Electrical Circuits Are Required With Re-use and Extension of Existing Circuits for Lights and Accessories.
