PHA is requesting competitive proposals from Firms/Companies with demonstrated experience in design build and construction management services for the oversight of design, permits, and construction of the Hartranft Community Center. The Hartranft Community Center is located at 800 W. Cumberland Street, Philadelphia. The building complex is approximately 28,000 SF and was completed in 1973. The complex includes two (2) masonry buildings. Building 1 consists of day care rooms, community rooms, multi-purpose rooms, offices and support areas of various sizes.
