Site work for a mixed-use development in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
The Contractor shall supply the necessary tools, equipment, material and labour to complete civil and electrical installations at the Parkridge substation located east of Regina, including the following scope: 1. Complete supply and installation of a concrete foundation required for a SaskPower supplied building. 2. Complete supply and installation of electrical conduit. 3. Supply and installation of grounding material necessary for the extension of existing grounding grid utilizing SaskPower supplied conductors and ground rods. 4. Installation of SaskPower supplied surface grade cable trench, including the supply and installation of weeping tile, geotextile, and crushed rock backfill.
