Lump sum bids are being solicited for Work included in the above referenced Bid Item for the Project indicated. Contractors purchasing additional bidding documents are also responsible for obtaining and purchasing copies of any and all addenda, including any shipping or handling costs. This is a Single Prime Contractor project. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is to familiarize the Bidders with the building and if they should have any questions regarding the Bidding Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond in the amount of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
