Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for services as specified in this solicitation for demolishing, furnishing, installing, and assembling 2 hour fire rated double doors. Completion Date: 90 days after award. The project consists of two sites along a tributary to Sharon Creek, a0.18- acre site at the Sharonville Detention Reservoir (36.26747, -84.39871) and a 0.73-acre site at the Intersection of Main Street and U.S. 42 (East Sharon Road/Reading Road) In Sharonville (36.26845, - 84.41212). Doors shall be 2hr rated steel fire doors with one 8"x24" PYAN Vision Lite per door with continuous hinges. Contractor shall field verify size and rate doors frames. Contractor shall furnish and install NABCO GT8500 Automatic door operators 1 per door. Contractor shall install VON DUPRIN Top Rod electric exit devices with power supply and lever trim per door. Door shall be primed and ready for paint. All fire rated assemblies shall be restored to meet The National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) Project awarded to --Southern Specialty Corporation.
