DFCM Construction - Pre Qualified Paving - Department of Natural Resources Old Iron Town Parking Lot Project Description: roject is adding additional paving to an existing parking lot, and providing a new slurry seal over both new and old pavement areas. An existing wire fence with gates will be replaced with a new chain link fence, and a small block retaining wall will be added to provide for additional parking spaces. Parking stalls will be painted and concrete parking bumpers will be installed.
