Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project will install underground storm drain including manholes on 800 W from 200 Nto 200 S, and on 200 S from 800 W to 500 W. The storm drain will help direct storm water runoff around the SUU campus. The project will also replace curb gutter and sidewalk on the north side of 200 S from 700 West to 450 West..
