This is a Request for Proposals for Construction Management Services for the Evergreen Lake North Trail construction project. The Construction Manager will perform construction management services, project engineering, inspection, testing, and act as the Owner's Rep as described in the Scope of Work attached to the RFP. The construction project will be managed by Evergreen Park & Recreation District on land owned by the City & County of Denver and involves federal funding administered by CDOT. Therefore a variety of federal, state, and local requirements will apply to this Services Contract, including a DBE goal of 10%, as set forth in the RFP.
