Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Moreno Valley, California. Working plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of November 22nd, 2022 this project has not been awarded. It will rebid at a later date and time. REQUIREMENTS: OCIP participation, Prevailing Wage, Certified Payroll & Class A or C-27 Contractor s License. The Iris Park project is comprised of approximately 10.82 acres. The Iris Park project is located on Iris Avenue, between Perris Blvd and Kitching Street, City of Moreno Valley, County of Riverside, State of California. The overall project location is located at Latitude 33.887427 North / Longitude -117.222650 West and is identified on the Site Map in Appendix B. Clearing and grading, streets/utilities and vertical construction will occur on approximately 10.82 acres of the project, which comprises approximately 100 percent of the total area. The limits of grading are shown on SWPPP map in Appendix B. Site will consist of 81 residential units, park size lot, landscaped common areas and the installation of detention basin. Construction activities will be phased into categories below: o Clearing and Grading o Streets and Utilities o Vertical Construction o Landscaping o Post Question Deadline 09/15/2022 at 2:00 PM PT
