Plans call for the construction of a 1,000 square foot CMU building that will house a laboratory and office space next to the upper fuel farm facility. Trades Involved Include: Site Grading, BMP's, Underground Utilities, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Metal Decking, Roof Access Ladder, Mics Metals, Cabinets and Counter tops, Roofing, Gutters/Downspouts, Insulation, Doors/Frames, Interior Windows, metal Studs and Drywall, Soft Flooring, Ceramic flooring and wall tile, Painting, Suspended Ceilings, Bathroom Accessories, Signage, Plumbing, Mechanical, DDC, Electrical, Fire Alarm/MNS, Fire Suppression, Phone/DATA, Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, Site Concrete, and others. Addendum #1-#11 have been issued as of 10-13-2022. Note from Pacific West Builders: Pacific West Builders Will pay all costs associated with barge transportation. Air Transportation to and from the island will be paid for by the Government leaving/arriving out of Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu. Pacific West Builders will pay for all lodging and Meals in addition we will provide a shuttle for the workers. All on island fuel purchases will be paid for by Pacific West Builders. We will have for general use on island an all-terrain reach forklift, Flat bed material truck, 12' utility Trailer, shuttle bus, and a skip loader. The equipment will be utilized by all trades to assist in the transportation of material from the barge to the work site. The trades will be responsible for loading and unloading all materials from the barge and transporting them to the work site please be sure to account for the manpower to achieve this. Small loads that have been previously discussed can be unloaded by Pacific West Builders and transported to the work site however this would not include structural steel, masonry block, steel studs/drywall, concrete, or heavy equipment. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
