Site work for a water / sewer project in Santa Paula, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement of two existing 210,000 gallon above ground tanks (one welded and one bolted) with two above ground welded steel 300,000 gallon potable water storage tanks, removal of exiting tanks from the project site, construction in phases to allow for one tank to remain in service at all times, associated earthwork, clearing and grubbing, demolition, installation of a cast in place concrete retaining wall, onsite improvements, paving, waterline installation, electrical and instrumentation improvements as shown on the Plans and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvement, as indicated on the project plans. Project Duration: 320 Work Days All questions relating to interpretation of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing no later than Wednesday, September 13, 2022 and responses shall be in the form of written addenda to the Contract Documents. Questions may be sent via electronic mail to the attention of the interim City Engineer Bob Woodward, robert@m6consultinginc.com. Questions submitted after this time shall not be responded to.
