Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Vestavia Hills, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The project consists generally of: the construction of a new connector sidewalk of approximately 344' in length. The sidewalk will connect The Heights Village with walkable spaces to the east. The sidewalk will be constructed on private property within an easement. The easement agreement has been executed by the property owners and is on file with the City Clerk. The project includes clearing/grubbing the sidewalk path, installation of a pedestrian bridge, installation of storm drainage pipe, landscape planting material and hardscape elements.
