The Work consists of Roof Replacement and variouos existing building improvements at the Aupuni Center, Hilo, Hawaii, Additive Alternates: No. 1 - Demolition of lower and upper soffit panels and lighting, installation of new fiber-cement soffit panels and new lighting as indicated in contract documents; No. 2 - Removal of existing recessed port cochere 2' x 4' lighting, installation of new recessed mount lighting and new surface mounted fixtures; and No. 3 - Exterior painting of building walls, columns, flashing, roofing, soffit areas, and areas as indicated in contract documents.
