Project No.: D22013 HSCR The University of Alaska is seeking bids for the Student Health and Counseling Center Renovations-Phase 1 project. The Work consists of major interior demolition, asbestos abatement, and the construction of new framed walls, ceilings, doors, and finishes. Lighting will be converted from fluorescent to LED fixtures. Mechanical and plumbing will be modified as required to support the new room layouts. Bidders are advised that the University of Alaska has a procedure for accepting alternate products or systems prior to bid opening. Acceptance of substitutions after award is limited.
