Site work and paving for a civil project in South Heights, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work shall consist of all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the following project: Highland Avenue and Glenview Avenue Stormwater Control Project- Work consists of installing approximately 200 LF of 12" HDPE storm sewer, 5 inlets, milling and paving of 925 square yards of roadway, and related appurtenances and miscellaneous work. Bids may considered and awarded at a meeting held by South Heights Borough Council on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted on the original forms furnished by the Borough. Each Bidder must submit a bid bond or cashier's check as bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount made payable to South Heights Borough. No may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, and an 18-month Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required. Pennsylvania Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates Will Apply. South Heights Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids either in whole or in part, to waive any informalitiesand to alter the scope of work.
