Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Worcester Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of September 19, 2022, Project has been awarded. Award amount not confirmed** The Skippack Township Board of Supervisors will receive sealed bids for its 2022 Landis Road Trail. The work is situated along Landis Road between Cassel Road and Center Avenue and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Storm inlet repair; the installation of storm sewer inlet, storm sewer pipe, concrete curb, 5 wide concrete walk, 5 wide asphalt trail, farm fence, split rail fence; and evergreen tree planting and associated items of work. Requirements for a 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, and 100% Payment Bond are included in the contract documents. Prevailing state wage rates and Public Works Employment Verification Act will apply on this project. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Township of Skippack reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to make such award as appears most advantageous to the Township
