Site work and paving for a road / highway in Worcester Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each Proposal for the Project shall be accompanied by a Certified Check, Bank Treasurer's Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the form provided by the Contract Documents, drawn to the order of Perkiomen Township, and in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid, as a guarantee that if the Proposal is accepted, a Contract will be entered into and the performance thereby properly secured. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances for a road maintenance project along Burgess Road. The work will include approximately 740 tons of superpave wearing course, 6,040 SY of bituminous pavement milling, 40 LF of curb replacement, the replacement of 5 curb ramps and other related road work. The Board of Supervisors of Perkiomen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or portions thereof. Questions must be submitted no later than 7 days before the bid opening, unless otherwise specified by the Engineer
