525 Iron Street Project Renovations (Phase 1) CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/15/2022 4:00 PM General Construction - $1,675,000 Mechanical Construction - $200,000 Plumbing Construction - $127,000 Fire Protection Construction - $32,000 Electrical Construction - $475,000 Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the "Questions" feature within website. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the County of Carbon, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, along with all required items as indicated in the Bid Documents. This project is subject to the provision of the PA Prevailing Wage Act. The award will be made, usually within thirty (30) days, to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This project is financed by the County of Carbon and reimbursed through the PA Department of Human Services through Children & Youth Services.
