Notice is hereby given that Lehighton Borough (Owner) will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program until, prevailing time on , for the Sgt. Stanley Hoffman Boulevard - Waterfront Trail Phase 1 Improvements. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, oversight and permits required to selectively demolish existing Borough owned street paving and curbing to construct a PennDOT Type E paver crosswalks and paver street paving details, flashing warning devices, asphalt pathway, and ADA curb ramps. Project will also include installation of associated thermoplastic markings, signage, and landscaping. Alternate bid for color concrete paving. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders.
