The project includes hauling, handling, and disposal of aluminum, cardboard, metals, paper, and plastics at a certified Recycling Center, or Landfill for Contaminated Loads. A Performance Bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Total Services Contract Price shall be provided by the Contractor upon award of the Services Contract by the Towamensing Township Board of Supervisors. Bids may be held by the Township for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidders, prior to awarding a Contract. The Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all Bids received, eliminate, reduce, or increase any item of work shown, and to waive any informality in the Bidding.
