Renovation of a municipal facility in Stratford, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1.Prepare all surfaces for paint by scraping, caulking, and priming where necessary. 2. Supply and Apply one finish coat of exterior paint to all paintable surfaces including: Vertical and Horizontal Mouldings, Window Trim, Hardy Board, Pillar Shingles, Stucco, etc. [excludes clocktower]. 3. All work must be completed no later than September 30, 2023. 4. Staging and lifts are the responsibility of the contractor. 5. Contractor must have a letter showing good standing with Workers Compensation, and follow all OH&S rules and regulations. 6. Site must be kept clean and accessible throughout project. Garbage and debris must be tidied up and removed at the end of each workday. 7. Those submitting bids should use the table below, which is broken up into sections.
