The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Eastern Ecological Science Center - Patuxent Wildlife Research Center has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 12100 Beech Forest Rd in Laurel, Maryland. Performance will begin at the date of award and extend for one year. There are two option periods which may extend the period of performance to 2025.
